Stephen Rogerson says...

The best bit of 2008 for me is when Hull city beat 3 london clubs. With Robinho coming from Real Madrid to Man City has been great for his new club by scoring some amazing goals. Newcastle The worst bit of 2008 is when newcastle got rid of a brilliant manager the great Kevin Keegan.

Matt Stewart (Burnley fan) says...

What about Burnley's heroics so far in the League Cup? Knocked out Fulham at home, Chelsea away then outclassed Arsenal's supposed "unbeatable" wonderkids?

Zaid Al-saadi (Arsenal fan) says...

Kieran Ryan just because of Walcott's hat trick against Croatia is in there doesnt mean its not valid to be in there. It was a memorable night that probably matches up with England beating Germany 5-1. As for the mauling of arsenal by spurs it was a carling cup match it wasn't as if it was the final of the champions league so get over it. All 10 entries seem valid to be in there.

Kieran Ryan (Tottenham Hotspur fan) says...

I wouldnt have put England's win over Croatia in there because it was just one match with limited baring on the overall table considering how early in the competition it was. Just because Croatia knocked England out the year before. What about Chelsea putting Liverpool out of the Champions League, surely that was revenge also? I would have had Man City's double over United, the Munich Air Disaster rememberance, Spurs beating Chelsea in that dramatic Cup Final, the 5-1 mauling of Arsenal or the power going out in Manchester while fans stood in the streets watching the Uefa Cup Final in instead.
