How about the Ricoh Arena in Coventry? Its hosted rugby games before and is central with good links to the M6. Plus, with the issues Coventry City have it might be pretty vacant in the next few years!!

I don't see it working out long term. There aren't enough die hard fans (didn't they struggle to sell out the last couple years) to sustain it. And those who could be relied upon (ie ex-pats generally aren't in the UK long enough to provide a season ticket platform.
