Hi Adam, you should really stick to golf, it is a gift you are blessed with, I would love to have your gift and be able to say that my job is also my favourite past-time, it is a long season, you did great in Kazakstahn and if you can find that form again, who knows, you may be walking up the 18th on Sunday with the chance of a top five while in the company of Rory McIlroy. I love your columns, they really give me an insight into the world of a professional golfer. Keep them coming.

Interesting and Honest insight into the harsh realities of a tour professional, Adam. Having spent the weekend playing St¿Mellion (2011 English Open venue) and struggling around for two days with a failing (normally dependable!) long game, I have nothing but admiration for you and all your fellow touring professionals. The frustration of knowing you are so much better than what you produced overcame me, yet the touring pro always manages to stay calm and reflect objectively........HATS OFF to you!!!! All the best in Egypt!
