Whilst i agree some of Rod's poin ts i cant help but think Lewis will be far too strong for Barney. When Barney g oes behind his head drops and if Lewis hits a purple patch for a few legs Barne y will fall behind and let his head drop. Id go Lewis 8-5. Taylor will be far t oo good for Painter, 8-4. Whitlock to beat Wade 8-6. I do think Hamilton will b eat Anderson as i think he has lost his appetite and love for the game so i can only see Hamilton grinding him down for an 8-6 win. Great to see Sid back in t he commentary box

The only reason your thinking that this has worked out so well, is that both new players won. Kevin Painter was averaging 84, which is quite frankly rank rotten. If he was up against anyone but an out of sorts Gary Anderson he would have been crushed 8-0. Hamilton deserves to be up there from how he has been playing recently, but Barneveld is an absolute joke.
