There were thrills and spills between two of the most entertaining players on planet darts as Anderson and Van Gerwen went at it in Scotland on Thursday night.
The rowdy Aberdeen crowd enjoyed plenty of maximums and some quite stunning checkouts from both men as Anderson earned a 7-5 win to move up to third spot in the Premier League standings and set-up a Play-Off clash against Michael Smith.
Van Gerwen will tackle Rob Cross in a repeat of their classic World Championship semi-final which 'Voltage' won in a sudden-death leg.
