The Sky Bet Championship is heading for a dramatic final day with one promotion, one play-off and two relegation places still to be decided on Sunday.

Cardiff host Reading, live on Sky Sports Football from 12pm, knowing that victory will guarantee a return to the Premier League, although the Bluebirds are a point clear of Fulham, who head to Birmingham, and only need to match their result to achieve promotion.

Reading and Birmingham have problems of their own, however. They are both on 43 points and only sit two points clear of the bottom three, meaning that defeat for either could leave them at risk of relegation if other results going against them.

Burton and Bolton are the two sides hoping to make the leap out of the drop zone, with Albion heading to play-off chasing Preston and the Trotters hosting Nottingham Forest.

Barnsley, meanwhile, are hovering one place above the bottom three and head to Derby, who are two points clear of Preston and need a win to guarantee sixth. A draw would also do unless Preston win by 10 goals or more.

Millwall have a slim chance of making the play-offs themselves, but they are three points back on Derby and would also need a 10-goal swing to climb above the Rams as well as for Preston to fail to win. The Lions host Aston Villa, who are guaranteed fourth.
