Charlton v Leyton O preview

Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Charlton Athletic and Leyton Orient at The Valley.

Frank Nouble could return to the Charlton squad. The on-loan West Ham striker missed Tuesday night's defeat at Rochdale with an ankle injury but hopes to be fit. Nouble may be a straight swap for Joe Anyinsah in attack after the former Carlisle forward picked up an ankle knock at Spotland. Paul Benson and Liverpool loanee Nathan Ecclestone are manager Chris Powell's other options to partner 20-goal frontman Bradley Wright-Phillips. Powell will be tempted to make changes after admitting the midweek reverse had ended any hopes they had of making the play-offs. Winger Johnnie Jackson (Achilles) and defender Kelly Youga (knee) remain sidelined while rookie full-back Carl Jenkinson is likely to be overlooked again after turning down a new contract. Leyton Orient are sweating on key men Stephen Dawson, Ben Chorley and Charlie Daniels. Skipper Dawson hobbled out of last weekend's 5-1 defeat by Yeovil with a dead leg and was replaced in midfield by Jimmy Smith. He will be handed a late fitness test along with centre-half Chorley, who has a thigh problem, and left-back Daniels who missed out against the Glovers with an ankle injury. To add to manager Russell Slade's problems, midfielder Matthew Spring starts a three-match ban after Orient's appeal against his red card last Saturday was rejected. But on-loan Tottenham winger Paul-Jose Mpoku will be back in the squad after returning from international duty with Belgium's Under-19s.
