Norwich midfielder Wes Hoolahan will leave the club at the end of the season.

The former Republic of Ireland international joined the Canaries from Blackpool in 2008 and has since made 351 appearances for the club, scoring 53 goals.

His final league match for Norwich will be against Leeds at Carrow Road on April 28.

The 35-year-old will also be given a testimonial, although a date is yet to be decided due to the extensive pitch works taking place at Carrow Road over the summer.

"It's been a great 10 years at this club. The fans have been amazing to me, the club have been great and I'm going to miss the place," Hoolahan said.

"I'm looking forward to my next challenge, and to organising a testimonial for next year. I've had a brilliant time."
