Sky sources report that Norwich City are set to sign Tony Andreu from Hamilton after having a bid accepted for the midfielder.
It is understood that the fee is in excess of £1m and the 26-year-old Frenchman is currently undergoing a medical.
Norwich manager Alex Neil only joined the Canaries from Hamilton recently and knows their players extremely well.
And Andreu has been a key performer this season for the Accies, who are enjoying a fine campaign and are currently fifth in the Scottish Premiership.
Neil told Sky Sports earlier this month: "I think Tony is a player who has potential to play at a high level.
“However, if I don’t need that type of player here, then there is no need for me to go and get him. I need a bit more time to assess if that is the situation."
