Former West Brom assistant Graeme Jones is to be named Luton manager on Monday, according to Sky sources.

Luton will be playing Sky Bet Championship football next season after their promotion from League One was confirmed on Tuesday night.

The Hatters have enjoyed an extremely successful season, initially under Nathan Jones - who left in January to take charge of Stoke - and then under the interim management of Mick Harford.

They were linked with Graeme Jones when they had a managerial vacancy earlier this season - but he elected to stay with West Brom.

Graeme Jones and manager Darren Moore were sacked by the Baggies in March.
