Leyton Orient have completed the free transfer signing of midfielder Leon McSweeney from Hartlepool.
The 27-year-old Irishman, who was released by Pools at the end of the season, has passed a medical at Brisbane Road and put pen to paper on a two-year deal. "We're delighted to sign Leon, he's a really versatile player," said Os boss Russell Slade. "I always identify players who can play in a number of positions and Leon can certainly do that. "He's a naturally fit athlete and we're really looking forward to working with him."
