Caretaker boss adds further reinforcements to his squad

Stockport County have snapped up Leyton Orient defender Aaron Brown on an initial month-long loan deal. Brown only joined Orient last summer from Aldershot, but has struggled to make an impression during his time with the League One club. He has made only nine appearances in all competitions and has been allowed to spend the next month with Stockport. The 27-year-old will be hoping to help shore up a Hatters back-line that has conceded 61 goals in League Two so far this season. Caretaker manager Peter Ward has been busy strengthening his squad this month and Brown becomes the club's fifth loan signing of the transfer window. Stephen Husband, Ishmel Demontagnac, Anthony Elding and Matthew Grieve have all moved to Edgeley Park in recent weeks and will likely be joined in the squad for Saturday's game at Rotherham United by Brown.
