Shrewsbury boss Micky Mellon has confirmed that midfielder Aaron Wildig will not be offered a new contract at the club.

Wildig, who made over 50 appearances for the Shrews, spent time on loan with Kidderminster and Morecambe this campaign after falling out of favour in Shropshire.

Mellon, who confirmed the news on the club's official website, also revealed that talks with Jermaine Grandison, Andy Mangan, Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro and Jordan Clark are ongoing as the club prepare for life in League One next season.
