Marcelo says his Brazil team-mate Neymar will end up at Real Madrid - whether or not Cristiano Ronaldo stays.

Real Madrid want Cristiano Ronaldo to stay at the club but "the door is always open" for Neymar, left-back Marcelo has said.

Sky Sports' Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has said Real may be willing to offload Ronaldo and Gareth Bale in order to buy former Barcelona forward Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.

Both Ronaldo and Bale hinted they could leave Real after the 3-1 win over Liverpool in the Champions League final last month.

Neymar moving to the Bernabeu in the future is inevitable, according to Marcelo, who linked up with his Brazil team-mate this week in London before the squad head out to Russia for the World Cup.

"Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't own Real Madrid, if the president chooses - anyone can be there," said Marcelo.

"All of the players want Ronaldo to stay at Real Madrid, but one thing is not related to the other. The door is always open for Neymar to join.
