Watch as Houston's Brad Davis has to re-take a penalty after his effort was taken without the Colorado goalkeeper in place.
The referee blew his whistle for USA international winger Davis to take the Dynamo penalty in Wednesday's MLS clash, without realising Colorado's Clint Irwin was not in position for the spot-kick.
Despite the mix-up, Davis did score at the second attempt - but his goal was not enough as former Wolves striker Kevin Doyle scored the winner for the Rapids late on.
