Late drama in Stanley draw

Notts County drew for the fifth time this season after a 1-1 stalemate at Accrington.

Goals come in final two minutes

Notts County were forced to share the points for the fifth time this campaign courtesy of two defensive howlers in the last two minutes ensured they drew 1-1 with Accrington. Magpies substitute Sean Canham stole in to capitalise on a mistake from Peter Cavanagh and score his first goal for the club in the 88th minute. But Stanley hit straight back as Jimmy Ryan volleyed through a sea of bodies following a weak punch from visiting goalkeeper Russell Hoult. It was an explosive finish to a game that never really caught fire as the Magpies again failed to record maximum points.
