Ronda Rousey nearly came to blows with upcoming opponent Holly Holm at the UFC 193 weigh-ins.
Holm put her fist inches from Rousey's face and the women's bantamweight champion pressured forwards during an intense weigh-in, which UFC president Dana White had to break up before things escalated.
The two women were then held apart as they hurled abuse in each other's directions, after both weighed in a pound below the 135 pounds limit.
"I wanted to get in her face and show her that I was there for a reason," Rousey said.
"She's the one who put the fist on my face, I didn't touch her. She's the one that touched me.
"I told her, 'That fake, sweet act - I can see right through it. You're not the first person who thought they had the perfect plan to beat me.'"
Rousey is set to defend her championship gold and perfect record against Holm, who has also never lost, in Melbourne, Australia at UFC 193 on Saturday night.
