Clips, stories and info on your favourite show, soccerettes and the office blog!
9am, Saturday, Sky Sports 1
It's the day that every football fan has been counting down to all summer... the first Soccer AM of the season!
That's right folks, you no longer have to lie in on a Saturday morning, cut the grass or get dragged around the shops, because from 9am on Sky Sports 1, the world's favourite football show is back!
As you all know there is a new face this season as Andy Goldstein joins Helen Chamberlain to guide you through three hours of guests, gossip, goals and gags.
And as usual, the stars taking their turns on the orange sofas will be plucked from the worlds of showbiz, music and of course, football.
Kicking off the new season, fresh from filming the Bourne Ultimatum alongside Matt Damon, is Paddy Considine, star of Brit hits such as Hot Fuzz and Dead Man's Shoes.
The musical element for the season's curtain-raiser will be provided by the Pigeon Detectives.
The Leeds five-piece - who herald from the same place as Alan Smith - have been busy playing the major festivals this summer having been voted by NME as "the band most likely to leap to the main stage in 2007" at last year's Leeds festival.
But Matt, Oliver, Ryan, Dave and Jimmi will settle for leaping on to the orange sofa to chat about football, festies and of course, their upcoming tour.
Amid all the music, Soccer AM still brings you the biggest names in football and joining the opening-day parade will be Reading pair Bobby Convey and Ibrahima Sonko.
The Royals duo will share their hopes and fears for the new season, perhaps lift the lid on Reading's success last time out and generally look forward to another seven months of non-stop action in the Premier League.
David James and Marc Bircham may not have been able to make the studio this time, but they will be talking to Andy and Helen about their preparations and expectations with Portsmouth and Yeovil respectively.
On top of all that, there will be the first Soccerette of the season to feast your eyes on, plus a more features and gags than we can possibly mention one page.
Want to know more? Well you'll have to tune at 9am on Saturday morning...
