1. This reward is only available to Sky customers aged 18 or over who have successfully joined Sky VIP.
2. This reward allows you to enter the Sky VIP "WWE Survivor Series 2019" competition (see 'Win Exclusive Prizes' in the Sky VIP section of the My Sky app for more details of the competition and prizes).
3. To enter the competition, fill out the entry form, including your name, email address, and answer to the question contained in the entry form. After you have done this, you will be entered into the competition.
4. Each entrant will receive one entry.
5. You can enter the competition at any time between 27 September 2019 and 27 October 2019 23:59:59. All entries must be received no later than 27 October 2019 23:59:59 (the "promotional period").
6. You don't need to buy anything to enter the competition; all you need to do is register your details, confirm your email address, answer the question, and click 'enter'.
7. If you submit an entry for the competition, we will treat you as accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to keep to them.
8. We will not accept entries sent in through agents, other websites or multiple accounts.
9. We will not accept any entries that contain any sexual, offensive, inappropriate or defamatory content. We will not accept any late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries.
10. The draw will be done in two stages.
10a Stage 1: A minimum 500 entries will be selected at random by a random computer-generated draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period to create a Stage 1 Shortlist on or around 28 October 2019. If the number of entries does not exceed 500 then all entries will form part of the Stage 1 Shortlist.
10b Stage 2: The Stage 1 shortlist will be judged by an independent judge to select 1 winner based upon the following selection criteria:
i. Compelling
Ii. Interesting
iii. Different
iv. Within the specified word count limit (100 words)
11. We will contact the winner using the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry on or around three working days following the closing date (27 October 2019). The winner will have 24 hours to accept the prize and give us any more information we may need in relation to the prize.
12. If we cannot contact the winner within a reasonable time or they are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond our reasonable control, we can award the prize to another person who entered.
13. Your Sky account must be active to receive the prize.
Prizes
14. There is one prize to be won.
15. The prize winner (who must be aged 21 or over) and their guest must be free to travel for 3 nights to attend WWE Survivor Series departing from Friday 22 November and returning Monday 25 November 2019. Travel may be prior to this - duration depends on destination you will be travelling from.
16. The prize will consist of:
a) Return flights from London to Chicago including taxes, fees and one item of checked luggage per person
b) Return private airport transfers in Chicago
c) 3 nights hotel - double or twin (room type subject to availability). Room only basis.
d) 2 x Tickets to Survivor Series at the Allstate Arena
e) Merchandise bundle for two
f) £500 spending money
g) Travel insurance
17. When we contact the prize winner to let you know of your win, we will also confirm how you will receive further information about your prize.
18. The prize is for the personal use of the Sky customer or their nominated recipient.
19. The prize does not include, mini bar charges, service charges or any other service, or form of hospitality or item not described in Clause 16 above.
20. You and your guest must keep to:
a) All separate terms and conditions on which the prize is issued by the relevant experience organiser (ticketing T&Cs) and if there is any difference between the ticketing T&Cs and these terms and conditions, these will take priority; and
b) All applicable laws which apply in the countries in which your experience takes place.
c) Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize must be taken 22nd - 25th November 2019; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
21. If the prize or any element of it, is cancelled, changed, postponed or relocated, we may give you a similar prize instead. We will not offer any form of compensation, financial or otherwise.
22. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control that prevents the event taking place on the dates specified, we are unable to offer an additional alternative opportunity or any other compensation.
23. If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know at the time you accept the prize and we will do our best to support you, including making arrangements for your carer.
General
24. We use feedback to constantly improve our service. As part of this process, we will send competition winners a short survey to complete. We will send the survey to the email address you gave during the entry process.
25. The terms and conditions of any other supplier will also apply to the prize (if this applies). If there is any difference between their terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these will take priority.
26. The Sky customer (or their nominated recipient) and their guest may not sell any prizes under any circumstances.
27. We will use any information we collect from you for the purpose of providing the competition, contacting winners to tell them of their win and for the purposes of providing and delivering prizes.
28. We do not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay in you sending your entry or us receiving it. Proof you sent an entry is not proof that you have entered the competition.
29. There is no cash alternative available for any prize and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
30. We can substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
31. Apart from causing death or personal injury arising from negligence or in respect of fraud and as far as allowed by law, we and our associated companies and agents will not have any responsibility for your enjoyment of the prize or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any supplier.
32. We will not be liable for prizes that do not reach winners for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
33. Our decision is final. We will not correspond with you if you disagree. If your entry does not keep to these terms and conditions, we will not accept it.
34. We may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if we have good reason to believe you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or anyone authorised by you to deal with your entry acts in a way towards us, any other person entering the draw or, Sky staff which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified we can give the prize to another person who entered the competition.
35. This reward, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
