Munster make six changes as they attempt to halt a two-game losing streak, while Treviso are seeking three wins in succession for the first time since October 2011.
Francis Saili and Gerhard van den Heever come into the backline with Duncan Williams partnering Ian Keatley at half-back. Mike Sherry returns at hooker.
Sunday's game will be the fourth meeting between the teams this season, with Munster winning the previous three.

Edinburgh are on a four-game losing streak which includes a 22-21 loss at the Scarlets on February 12.
