French showman Gael Monfils was back entertaining the crowds at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells with mid-air splits.
The 10th-seeded Monfils, who looks somewhere near his usual self after spending the off-season getting his fitness back, dispatched American John Isner 6-2 6-4 in just 68 minutes to set up a meeting with Austrian hot-shot Dominic Thiem.
During an entertaining clash, Monfils found himself slightly misjudging an Isner volley, so he showed his elasticity by jumping over the ball which went long.
