Grigor Dimitov beat Roger Federer in a New York exhibition match - the marquee event of World Tennis Day.
Dimitrov triumphed 6-2 1-6 7-5 in the BNP Paribas Showdown at Madison Square Garden.
It was, however, very much an exhibition contest with both players showing off a range of shots and getting the crowd involved - one boy even got to play a point on Dimitrov's behalf.
Both men will now head to Indian Wells for the first ATP Masters 1000 event of the season which starts on Thursday.
The Federer-Dimitrov clash was preceded by a legends match between Gabriela Sabatini and Monica Seles.
It marked the 25th anniversary of the pair's five-set WTA Championship final at the same venue.
Seles won that epic contest but it was Sabatini who claimed Tuesday's contest, winning a pro-set 8-5.
World Tennis Day is a celebration of the sport, one designed to increase participation. Ninety countries were involved in the 2014 event. It was being held for the third time this year.
