Vitali Klitschko is adamant he is ready to fight anyone, including David Haye, once he has defended his WBC heavyweight crown against Kevin Johnson.
WBA champion Haye has made no secret of his interest in facing Klitschko, who will fight to keep his title on Saturday when he faces American challenger Johnson in Berne, Switzerland.
However, the 38-year-old Ukrainian insists he is undaunted by the world champion's challenge.
"David Haye is a good fighter, he made a great win against the giant from Russia, Valuev," said Klitschko.
"I am ready to fight against anyone."
Despite his confidence Klitschko, who has secured 38 wins and suffered two losses during his career, was reluctant to predict the outcome of the clash.
"It's my first fight in Switzerland, I'll give it my best to be the winner," he said.
"There are no predictions, it's boxing. It's heavyweight. Every punch can make the decision and that's why nobody knows.
Times are changing
"Let's see the fight and see who will be winner."
Meanwhile Johnson, 30, who is undefeated having recorded 22 wins and a draw, believes the bout this weekend will follow the trend of the younger fighter taking the belt.
"Times are changing, ages are changing," said Johnson.
"Old fighters are sitting on top with the young guys coming up, the generations are folding over. It happens every ten years.
"Old champions go out and get beaten by the young guy and that's exactly what's about to happen.
"We can't control Vitali Klitschko losing, but when you get a young fighter like me you're going to lose and pass the title on."
