Here's what's in store in the Indian Premier League today...

Today's game

Kings XI Punjab - for whom Chris Gayle has hit red-hot form - will look for a fifth win in six games when they head to Feroz Shah Kotla to play bottom side Delhi Daredevils on Monday afternoon. You can catch the match from 3pm on Sky Sports Cricket (channel 404) and Main Event (channel 401).

How have the teams done so far?

The only blot on Kings XI's copybook so far is their four-wicket defeat to Royal Challengers Bangalore in their second fixture, with Ravichandran Ashwin's men beating Delhi at home in their season opener and now on a three-game winning run courtesy of Chris Gayle-inspired victories over Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad and, most recently, Kolkata Knight Riders.

Gayle lashed 63 off 33 balls against CSK as he won his slugfest with MS Dhoni, before cracking an unbeaten 104 from 63 - his sixth IPL ton - against Sunrisers and then 62 not out from 38 balls as Kings XI beat KKR in a rain-affected clash on Saturday. The Universe Boss is in great nick.

Chris Gayle impressed again in the IPL as he and opening partner KL Rahul powered Kings XI Punjab to a nine-wicket, DLS win over Kolkata Knight Riders.

Delhi's sole victory, meanwhile, came when England one-day star Jason Roy pummelled an unbeaten 91 against Mumbai Indians, with the Daredevils adding defeats to Rajasthan Royals, KKR and RCB to that loss to Kings XI in the reverse fixture in Mohali during the first weekend.

AB de Villiers smeared 90 not out from just 39 balls as RCB hammered Delhi by six wickets on Saturday but there was at least one moment for the Daredevils to cherish - Trent Boult's quite remarkable one-handed catch to dismiss Virat Kohli. It's a grab you will want to watch over and over again!

Ones to watch

Delhi may dread the sight of Gayle's opening partner KL Rahul, not only did he smash them for an IPL-record 14-ball fifty in their previous meeting - sealing his half-century in the third over - but he is coming into this game on the back of a 27-ball 60 against the Knight Riders.

Rishabh Pant (85 off 48) and Shreyas Iyer (52 off 31) impressed for Delhi against RCB on Saturday, striking a combined 10 sixes and 10 fours. The Indian duo, 20 and 23 respectively, are the heartbeat of the Daredevils' upper middle order, coming in after Roy and captain Gautam Gambhir.

Which England players could feature?

Roy, although he may be sweating on his place having been dismissed for one and five since that innings against Mumbai - New Zealand opener Colin Munro is waiting in the wings. Liam Plunkett is also on Delhi's books. He hasn't played since being signed to replace the injured Kagiso Rabada but could come into contention as the hosts look to arrest their slump.
