Dale Steyn will not bowl again for South Africa in first Test against England

Dale Steyn will not bowl in the rest of the first Test against England in Durban, Cricket South Africa has confirmed.
The pace bowler suffered a shoulder strain early in England's second innings at Kingsmead, and was forced off the field only two balls into his fourth over.
Steyn had an 'inconclusive' scan on the injury, which did not reveal any muscle tears, and the 32-year-old returned to the field to try and bowl again, but he broke down after three further deliveries.
A tweet from Cricket South Africa read: "Update on Dale Steyn: He's still feeling discomfort this morning and will not bowl for the remainder of the innings."
Before the news of his absence broke, team manager Dr Mohammed Moosajee claimed the injury was down to Steyn's heavy workload in the first innings, when he made his return to action after six weeks out with a groin problem.
Moosajee said: "He found the pain and discomfort troublesome but the results of the scans are inconclusive.
"There are no tears to the muscles, tendons or ligaments and we are treating it as a shoulder spasm or stiffness for now.
"Further assessment will be done after the first Test before we make a call on Cape Town."
