Bayern Munich deprived Atletico Madrid of a perfect record in the Champions League group stages with a 1-0 win thanks to Robert Lewandowski's delightful free-kick.
Lewandowski's curled effort from 20 yards out came after Yannick Carrasco spurned two great opportunities for the visitors to take the lead.
The German side claimed their 15th consecutive Champions League win at the Allianz in what was ultimately a dead rubber, with Atletico having already confirmed first ahead of Bayern in Group D.
Bayern will therefore go into Monday's draw as the second-placed side teams will want to avoid in the last 16.
Despite the hosts enjoying the majority of possession in the first half, it was Atletico who carved out two great chances to break the deadlock.
Both fell to Carrasco, but the Belgian twice fired straight at Manuel Neuer - firstly after being played in by Antoine Griezmann, the second coming from a delightful Lucas cross.
Bayern's first chance fell to Douglas Costa after 20 minutes, but the Brazilian shot straight at Jan Oblak from a narrow angle.
It was just eight minutes later when Bayern took the lead, with Lewandowski bending in a delightful effort from 20 yards out after Carrasco brought down Juan Bernat.
Atletico rarely stretched Bayern after the break and the hosts looked comfortable as they looked to defend their lead.
Bayern could have had a second through Costa, but his volley 10 minutes into the second half was straight at Oblak.
On the hour mark, Robben had appeals for a penalty turned down, with the Dutchman going down under the faintest of touches from Stefan Savic.
With 12 minutes to go, a brilliant move from Bayern saw Costa cross it in for Thiago Alcantara six yards out, but the Spaniard scooped it over.
That was as close as Bayern came to scoring a second, and the German outfit saw out the remainder of the game to extend their fine record at home in Europe.
