Brentford forward Neal Maupay is available for Saturday's visit of Wigan after serving a three-match ban.
The Frenchman was handed a retrospective suspension after appearing to stamp on Aston Villa winger John McGinn in last month's 2-2 draw. Rico Henry is also closing in on a return following a serious knee injury but is still not in contention for the clash with the Latics.
Manager Dean Smith has confirmed those Brentford players who were involved in international fixtures all returned unscathed.
Wigan could recall Darron Gibson after the midfielder returned to training after overcoming a groin injury. Dan Burn (foot) remains absent with the Brighton loanee yet to make his debut for Paul Cook's side.
Michael Jacobs, Sam Morsy and Joe Garner could all feature following minor complaints. But Gavin Massey is out having undergone surgery on a hamstring injury.
Brentford have won just two of their last 15 league matches against Wigan (D4 L9).
Wigan haven't scored in either of their last two league trips to Griffin Park against Brentford (D1 L1).
Brentford have had 34 shots on target in open play this season, the highest tally in the Championship.
Wigan's last 74 league goals (including own-goals) have been scored by British players (53 English, 20 Northern Irish and one Scottish).
Brentford have used fewer players than any other Championship team this season (16), with 15 of those players featuring in at least four matches.
Wigan striker James Vaughan hasn't scored in consecutive league appearances since March 2017 for Bury - he hasn't managed it at Championship level since February 2015 for Huddersfield Town.
David Prutton predicts: 2-1 (8/1 with Sky Bet)
