Lines nets equaliser and is then dismissed

Chris Lines struck an injury-time equaliser to earn Bristol Rovers a 2-2 draw in a pulsating West Country derby with Swindon - before being sent off for celebrating. The midfielder broke battling Swindon's hearts with a crisp strike from the edge of the box after the visitors had looked set to take the points. Rickie Lambert volleyed Rovers in front with his 17th goal of the season in the 26th minute, but Swindon defender Patrick Kanyuka shot home the equaliser following a 40th-minute corner. Striker Barry Corr looked to have won the game for managerless Swindon when he beat Steve Phillips from close range after Billy Paynter headed down a 53rd-minute free-kick. The home side piled on the pressure in the closing stages, but Swindon looked to have earned their victory until Lines' last gasp strike.
