Greg Pearson rescued a 2-2 draw for Burton against Chesterfield with a stoppage-time goal in another dramatic finish at the Pirelli Stadium.
Pearson swept home the leveller after Tommy Lee appeared to get Chesterfield's promotion push back track with an 89th-minute penalty save.
The keeper kept out Shaun Harrad's spot-kick to preserve a lead given to the visitors when Scott Boden came off the bench to score in the 61st minute.
Chesterfield had earlier broken an untidy midfield stalemate with Ishmel Demontagnac's debut goal in the 34th minute.
But Burton were back on level terms six minutes later when Russell Penn drove home after the visitors had failed to clear a Jimmy Phillips cross.
The visitors went back in front when Boden weaved across the area to make room for a cracking finish from 15 yards. Lee then kept out Harrad's spot kick before Pearson pounced on a loose ball and slotted a dramatic equaliser.
