Cheltenham v Hereford preview

Cheltenham will have a fully-fit squad for the basement battle with local rivals Hereford.

Bottom two clash in local derby

Cheltenham manager Martin Allen will have a fully-fit squad for the basement battle with local rivals Hereford. The Robins have not played for two weeks due to the country's recent adverse weather, giving midfielder David Bird time to recover from a slight back problem. Striker Damian Spencer is available after his red card against MK Dons was overturned while defender Drissa Diallo (knee) could feature after a lengthy absence. On-loan midfielder Lewis Montrose has returned to Wigan after last week's game at Scunthorpe was postponed. Hereford have not played for the last two weeks either and are level on points with Cheltenham at the bottom of League One, seven points adrift of safety. And while Cheltenham were beaten 5-3 at home by MK Dons last time out, Hereford also suffered a crushing defeat, losing 4-1 at Stockport. Defender Kris Taylor is available again after being suspended against Stockport while long-term casualties Stephen O'Leary (back) and Clint Easton (knee) remain the Bulls' only absentees. Young striker Febian Brandy is likely to come straight into their starting line-up after arriving on loan from Manchester United. Meanwhile, fellow loan signing Peter Gulacsi will battle it out with Craig Samson for the goalkeeper's jersey.
