Stoycho Stoev's team have taken the competition by storm this season and Thursday night's clash at the Maksimir proved no different as Dani Abalo and Roman Bezjak made sure Duje Cop's equaliser meant nothing.
The result saw Ludogorets finish with 16 points, with Dinamo the whipping boys of the group with just one.
With the table looking as it did, there was no surprise in Ludogorets doing the early running, with Bezjak hitting off target.
Dinamo's response was a strong one and El Arbi Soudani forced a smart save out of Ivan Cvorovich, but the action flowed back to the other end, with Grzegorz Sandomierski having to beat away a shot from Marcelinho.
Abalo then fired wide for the leaders when it looked easier to hit the target, but he made amends with 28 minutes on the clock.
Bezjak slid a pass through to him - rounding off a fine move - and Abalo was clinical from just inside the area.
Marcelinho then took aim in pursuit of a second, but rather than go to the break two goals ahead, the visitors regrouped level at 1-1.
In first-half injury time, Cop was on hand to drive in as Zvonko Pamic's corner was not cleared, giving the striker a routine chance which he took.
The second half started more sedately and it took 15 minutes for an opportunity to arrive, with Junior Fernandes missing the target for the Ukrainians.
Class took a hold, though, and Ludogorets were ahead for a second time with 18 minutes left.
Abalo turned provider on this occasion, sliding a pass through for Bezjak - reversing the first-half goal - and he did the rest.
That would prove to be the end of the action as Ludogorets got the job done once again.
