Highlights of the Sky Bet League Two match between Exeter and Oldham.

Ryan Bowman headed home the only goal of the game to keep Exeter's play-off hopes alive and put a huge dent in those of Oldham.

In a pulsating contest, Latics almost went in front early on when Exeter goalkeeper Christy Pym did well to get down low and save Chris Missilou's shot, while Callum Lang saw a shot deflect wide of the near post after some poor defending from the home side.

It was far from one-way traffic, though, with Lee Martin curling a shot straight at Oldham goalkeeper Zeus De La Paz, who then saved from Nicky Law.

Exeter captain Jake Taylor fired another effort wide from 10 yards out.

Law saw another effort blocked after a lovely Exeter move before Pym pulled off a brilliant save to deny Mohamed Maouche, who tried his luck from distance.

Substitute Hiram Boateng inexplicably headed against the post just two yards from goal as Exeter started the second half with real purpose and Randell Williams curled another effort just past the post.

Bowman was denied by the legs of De La Paz before the City striker headed in from close range after Williams had seen his header brilliantly saved with 11 minutes remaining.
