Exeter midfielder Nicky Law is an injury doubt for the visit of Swindon.
Law aggravated a groin problem during last weekend's draw with Yeovil and will be handed a late fitness test. Craig Woodman is back in training after a knee injury but is probably another week away from being available. Troy Brown, Alex Hartridge and Jimmy Oates remain on the sidelines.
Swindon can welcome back fit-again striker Kaiyne Woolery. The former Wigan forward, who underwent a knee operation in the summer, came off the bench to score on his first appearance of the season in Tuesday night's 3-0 Checkatrade Trophy win over Plymouth.
Defender Sid Nelson and midfielder Michael Doughty are also back in contention after hip injuries. Both trained on Thursday to give manager Phil Brown a full squad to choose from.
Exeter are unbeaten in their last six Football League games against Swindon (W2 D4) having lost six of their previous eight (D2).
Swindon's last Football League victory at St James Park came back in March 1986 (3-0), drawing one and losing two of their three such matches since.
Exeter City are enjoying a six-game unbeaten run in League Two (W4 D2) - their longest unbeaten run in the competition since September 2017 (run of eight).
Swindon have won two of their last three league games away from home (L1) - as many victories as in their previous 14 away League Two games.
Michael Doughty has scored four goals for Swindon from the penalty spot this season - more than any other player in the division.
Exeter are leading the chasing pack at the moment and have had a great start to the season under Matt Taylor. They are unbeaten in six games in League Two and really look well-placed to push for automatic promotion again.
Swindon will have been disappointed with the way they have started the season. They have had some decent results and haven't lost too many games, but they are yet to win back-to-back games so far and that's why they find themselves in the middle of the table. Home win.
David Prutton predicts: 2-1 (8/1 with Sky Bet)
