Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa will choose from an unchanged squad for Tuesday night's home game against Preston, live on Sky Sports Football via the red button and on the Sky Sports mobile app.
Bielsa continues to be hindered by the absence of several key players, with main strikers Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe, plus playmaker Pablo Hernandez still sidelined.
Bamford is out until after Christmas due to knee ligament damage, while Roofe (calf) and Hernandez (hamstring) are expected to return later this month. Gaetano Berardi (knee) and Jamie Shackleton (ankle) are still out, but midfielder Adam Forshaw (foot) is expected to feature again after making his first appearance of the season off the bench at Millwall.
Preston are hoping midfielder Alan Browne can recover from a calf injury in time for the trip to Elland Road. Browne was withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland squad last week and missed Saturday's home defeat to Reading, but has returned to training and will be assessed.
Ryan Ledson serves the final game of his three-match ban and fellow midfielder Ben Pearson sits out the second of his three-match suspension. Calum Woods, Sean Maguire (both hamstring) and striker Billy Bodin (knee) remain sidelined.
Leeds have only lost one of their last seven league meetings with Preston (W4 D2), but that defeat came in their most recent encounter in April (1-3 at Deepdale).
Since scoring six goals in a 6-4 win in September 2010, Preston haven't scored in any of their last three league visits to Elland Road.
Preston are looking to beat Leeds in three successive matches in all competitions for the first time since March 1958, when they won six straight games against the Whites.
Leeds United are unbeaten in their first seven league matches in consecutive seasons for the first time in their history.
Preston boss Alex Neil has never lost at Elland Road (W2 D2), but his Norwich side were knocked out on penalties in the League Cup back in October 2016 following a 2-2 draw.
Kemar Roofe has scored three goals in four league games against Preston, only against QPR (4) has the striker netted more goals for Leeds.
David Prutton predicts: 1-0 (6/1 with Sky Bet)
