Leyton Orient manager Andy Hessenthaler will make a late decision on the fitness of several players ahead of the visit of Fulham in their Sky Bet EFL Cup first round clash.
A sickness bug has hit Hessenthaler's first-team squad severely with Alex Cisak, Callum Kennedy, Liam Kelly, Sammy Moore, Dean Cox and Jay Simpson all suffering from the illness, but late fitness tests will determine their availability for the game.
Captain Robbie Weir remains a doubt with a knee injury suffered in pre-season, while defenders Nicky Hunt and Aron Pollock could be in contention to start.
Summer arrivals Tom Parkes, Yvan Erichot and Jordan Bowery should make their debuts for the O's after missing the draw at Cheltenham on Saturday.
Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has no fresh injury concerns for the game.
The Cottagers won their opening Sky Bet Championship game against Newcastle on Friday night despite the boss admitting they need a number of new signings to strengthen the squad.
Forward Cauley Woodrow and defender Richard Stearman are both hoping to be involved after being unused substitutes on Friday.
Ryan Fredericks remains sidelined with an ankle injury.
