Lee Angol kept his composure to score a stoppage-time penalty to snatch a point for Leyton Orient in the 1-1 draw with Grimsby.
Billy Clarke looked to have marked his Grimsby debut with the winner but Ian Holloway's side were denied by Angol's spot-kick in the first minute of stoppage time.
The game came to life with both sides raising their game after an uninspiring opening 45 minutes.
Chances were spurned at both ends before Elliott Whitehouse robbed James Brophy of possession in the middle of the park.
He sent substitute Clarke free and from outside the box, the striker coolly lobbed the advancing goalkeeper Sam Sargeant to break the deadlock in the 74th minute.
Orient drove forward with purpose and Conor Wilkinson saw his shot saved by the feet of visiting keeper James McKeown.
Angol had wasted the two best two chances of the first-half but failed to find the target on either occasion before making amends late on.
Substitute Craig Clay was brought down in the penalty area by Clarke and the former Peterborough striker slammed his penalty high into the net.
