Goals from Ian Henderson and Kgosi Ntlhe were not enough for Rochdale as they lost out to Doncaster in a five-goal thriller, with Ali Crawford, Andy Butler and Jermaine Anderson scoring for the away side.
Peterborough leave Glanford Park with all three points thanks to a quickfire double from Matt Godden.
