Milton Keynes Dons will be without captain Dean Lewington for the visit of play-off hopefuls Huddersfield Town.
Lewington was sent off in the closing stages of Saturday's 1-1 draw with Swindon and will serve a one-match suspension.
Sean O'Hanlon will take the captain's armband while manager Roberto Di Matteo must decide whether to recall Carl Regan or Miguel Angel Llera to his defence.
Winger Jason Puncheon is back from a suspension of his own and could come straight back into the side as the Dons look for a win to keep them in pole position for the second automatic promotion place in League One.
Striker Tore Andre Flo (calf) and defender Danny Swailes (Achilles) remain sidelined with long-term injuries but Di Matteo has no fresh concerns.
Huddersfield team news
Huddersfield pair Andy Booth and Tom Clarke could return to the starting line-up for the midweek clash at MK Dons.
Terriers manager Lee Clark hinted at several changes after his side failed to win for the fourth successive league match following the home defeat by Millwall on Saturday.
Clark will again be without suspended midfielder Jim Goodwin, who sits out the second game of a two-match ban, and central defender Nathan Clarke, ruled out for a further week due to a knee injury.
Midfielder Anthony Pilkington is doubtful after turning his ankle against Millwall, while Danny Cadamarteri is nursing a calf injury.
Goalkeeper Matt Glennon (knee) and Malvin Kamara (hamstring) remain long-term absentees, the latter missing out against his former club.
