Birmingham City have signed Sweden international midfielder Kerim Mrabti.

The 24-year-old has agreed an 18-month contract and will start training with the Blues' squad next week.

He was available as a free agent, having left Djurgardens IF earlier in the season.

A statement on Birmingham's official website read: "During his three years with Djurgardens, Mrabti - who is versatile and can play as an attacking midfielder or striker - made 77 appearances and scored 18 goals.

"He also helped them to victory in the 2017-18 Swedish Cup.

"Internationally, Mrabti has represented Sweden three times, with two of those appearances coming last year.
