Oxford have completed the signing of French midfielder Jeremy Balmy after a successful trial.
The 20-year-old former Notts County man had been training with United for the last two weeks before penning a deal until the end of the season. And boss Michael Appleton revealed Balmy was far from a stranger when he arrived at the Kassam. "He has a lot of potential," he told the club's official website.. "I saw him play for Birmingham against Coventry in a development game and he was outstanding and when we heard he was available we got him in so we could take a look at him over a few days. "He has a good attitude, has fitted in straight away and deserves the chance to impress us over a longer period."
