Ollie's predictions: Wins for Burnley, QPR and Hull

Sky Sports' Ian Holloway predicts the outcomes of the weekend games and sees more misery for Derby at Burnley.

QPR v Wolves, Saturday 12.30pm, Sky Sports 1

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink must be given time to get the right mentality in at QPR. It was great to see the celebrations with the away fans at Rotherham, but I think that was more relief than anything. That win should give everyone plenty of confidence, especially Matt Phillips, who scored last week and looks a good shout to double up here. He's a streak player - when he gets one, he gets another couple in a row. He has been one of QPR's best players this season - I'm proud of him.

Wolves have got that right mentality under Kenny Jackett, especially now Benik Afobe got what he wanted and left. You don't need people who don't want to be there. I had it with Charlie Adam - you need to let people go. Players can only achieve their best if they are fully committed. Jordan Graham's injury is a big blow for Wolves - I'm absolutely gutted for him. They'll struggle to create without him. Home win.

Burnley v Derby County, Monday 7.45pm, Sky Sports 1

I was interested to read Paul Robinson's comments after Birmingham beat Derby last week: "They have a talented group of players but sometimes you have to win games by not relying on the individual players, you've got to be a team."

Also See:

It's shocking to read as it almost sums up what happened to Derby last year when they didn't unite together. When you need results, you need to stick together and this a game they need a result from. They are full of talent - can they find the right spirit and come through this together? The players need to take responsibility. I'm questioning their collective character. There's too much sulking and mood swings when they don't get the ball. They need to get rid of that - and fast.

Everybody has a wobble - can Derby stop theirs? Not this week. I've got a horrible feeling they'll lose again. Burnley are back on form, winning four of their last five games.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 3-1 (Sky Bet odds 14/1)

Middlesbrough v Nottingham Forest, Saturday 3pm

Forest have been fantastic lately. They've gone 11 matches unbeaten - this will be a big challenge for Middlesbrough.

Aitor Karanka said his team didn't play very well in the 1-0 at Bristol City - a team in the bottom three - and he'll be looking for a reaction. Will he get it? I'm not sure. Forest's confidence will be sky-high and although I think Boro will bounce back soon, I'm not going against the in-form team.

Fulham v Hull, Saturday 3pm

Hull will almost definitely win automatic promotion. Steve Bruce has got a fantastic group of players on his hands, who are all pulling in the same direction. They're bubbling just at the right time having won their last four games, including smashing Charlton 6-0 last weekend.

Robert Snodgrass scored a screamer in that game and got two assists. I'm delighted for him after what he's been through. His left foot is a thing of beauty. He has always played with a smile on his face, although I'm not having his beard! It's a little bit too Grizzly Adams for me - he must get toast caught in it every morning! I reckon he has got pigeons following him around, looking for a feed.

It's no coincidence that Fulham striker Moussa Dembele's goals have dried up since the talk of a transfer has intensified. He's a very young man and all of this will affect him - that's not his fault, that's just football. He's just got to learn to keep his head down and keep scoring goals. He has whetted everyone's whistle and now he needs to keep producing. I'd love to see him develop in this country rather than go abroad.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-3 (Sky Bet odds 12/1)

Brighton v Huddersfield, Saturday 3pm

The 1-0 win for Brighton last weekend could be huge for Chris Hughton's season. I'm following them in here with the same scoreline.

Highlights from the Sky Bet Championship game between Blackburn Rovers and Brighton

Huddersfield have picked up under their new manager David Wagner, but conceding five goals in midweek is a worry. I know they were down to 10-men but that's not good preparation for a trip to the Amex.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-0 (Sky Bet odds 5/1)

Birmingham v Ipswich, Saturday 3pm

Birmingham did me a favour last week beating Derby - I thought they'd win, but not that convincingly! It would be just typical of the Championship if they come unstuck this weekend - they could have done not facing a Mick McCarthy team - he's a prizefighter.

This is a really tough challenge for the hosts, taking on Ipswich, who will be fresh after McCarthy rotated his squad for the midweek defeat at Portsmouth. Both clubs are punching above their weight and I just can't separate them.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 2-2 (Sky Bet odds 20/1)

Reading v Sheffield Wednesday, Saturday 3pm

This will be a fantastic game and - I apologise, but I have no idea which way it will go! I was at Hillsborough for Wednesday's win over Leeds and although it was a competitive game, the hosts had the edge up front. The choices they had up top made the difference. Fernando Forestieri is a player I love watching. He's at a place where he's well thought off and you can see that in his performance level. Italian players can let emotions get the better of them sometimes, but Forestieri is feeling wanted. He's a hell of a player when on song.

However, Reading carry a big goal threat, too. Let's go for a high scoring draw.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 2-2 (Sky Bet odds 20/1)

Leeds v Bristol City, Saturday 3pm

Steve Cotterill
Image: Steve Cotterill was sacked as Bristol City boss

I felt for Steve Cotterill getting the sack. I've seen Bristol City four times this season and they've been very unlucky in games.

If you look at Bristol City's record under Steve, it was quite phenomenal. When he took over they were staring League Two in the face and then they went onto win the Football League double. He tried to spend money, he targeted good players but they chose not to come: what can he do about that?

I watched City in the week on the TV against West Brom and they looked very organised under John Pemberton. They'll go to Elland Road desperate not to give anything away as they don't score many goals. It pains me to say this, and I don't do it often, but I can only see a bore draw.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 0-0 (Sky Bet odds 9/1)

Scunthorpe v Colchester, League One, Saturday 3pm

Mark Robins was sacked by Scunthorpe last week and usually there is a short-term bounce when a manager is sacked. It happens all the time with players - they miraculously run that little bit harder. There is nothing wrong with Robins as a manager, where were the players last week? Player-for-player they are better than Colchester. Home win.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-0 (Sky Bet odds 5/1)

Bristol Rovers v Plymouth, League Two, Saturday 3pm

Highlights of Bristol Rovers' 2-1 win over Oxford in the Sky Bet League Two

What a season Rovers are having! They only went and beat Oxford last weekend, who are flying themselves. An unbelievable result. Go on the Gas! I'd love them to win, but every time I tip them, they lose. So this will be an away win for a club I'm also delighted to see having a great season. They're a fantastic football club. I'll go as far to say that if Rovers can win this game they can really start believing they can win promotion.

OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-2 (Sky Bet odds 9/1)
