Newcastle goalkeeper Tim Krul is set to join Ajax on loan for the rest of the season, according to Sky sources.
Krul is expected to have a medical on Thursday - but it is expected Newcastle will extend his contract until 2018 before he moves.
The deal is part of a merry-go-round of international keepers around Europe.
Krul is expected to replace Barcelona-bound Jasper Cillessen at Ajax. Barca are signing Cillessen to replace Claudio Bravo who is in England discussing terms with Manchester City.
Krul, who has won eight caps for the Netherlands, is recovering from a knee injury but is back in training and should be able to play in September.
