Brentford have confirmed midfielder Alan McCormack will leave the club at the end of his contract this summer.
The Irishman has spent the last four years at Griffin Park, making 103 appearances in all competitions, and he could add one more when the Bees close their 2016-17 campaign at home to Blackburn on Sunday, live on Sky Sports.
McCormack joined Brentford from Swindon in 2013 and was named Supporters' Player of the Year in his first season, when the club secured promotion from League One.
But his chances to play this season have been restricted by injury and the 33-year-old has only been able to feature 11 times, four of those coming in the last month.
Sky sources understand McCormack would prefer his next club to be in the south east of England and Millwall are understood to still be interested after making an enquiry to sign him in January.
Brentford head coach Dean Smith said: "I would like to thank Alan for all his efforts while he has been at Brentford. Alan has suffered with injuries since I have been here but has played his part in a period of success for the club over the past four years. I wish him all the best for the future."
