AC Milan CEO Marco Fassone insists Gianluigi Donnarumma will stay at the club next season.
The goalkeeper, who last week confirmed he would not be renewing his contract, has been linked with a move to Juventus, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid in the European press.
Donnarumma's current Milan deal expires in 2018 meaning he could leave on a free transfer next summer.
Fassone says Milan are "open to offers" for Donnarumma but intends to keep the Italy international for the final year of his contract.
"Donnarumma is staying here," Fassone told Milan TV. "Without doubt he will stay and next year he will be free to make a decision.
"If anyone wants him they will have to pay his price. We do not need someone to come and offer us £15m or £20m.
"Donnarumma is worth far more than that. We are open to offers. We will look at them all but our project is clear. Donnarumma stays.
