Manchester City are keen on signing Napoli midfielder Jorginho, Sky Sports News understands.
The Italy international has been monitored by City for a while and he is on their list of summer targets.
The 26-year-old has five international caps and some reports claim City have already made enquiries with the Serie A club as to his availability.
Napoli reportedly value the player at around £53m.
Jorginho started his career at Verona before moving to Naples in 2014 where he went on to win the Coppa Italia that year.
He has made 36 appearances for Napoli this season, scoring three goals, including one against City in the Champions League in November.
He also played in Italy's 1-1 draw with England at Wembley in March.
