Eleven Sky Bet Championship clubs have complained to the English Football League over Leeds spying on opposition teams, the governing body has confirmed.
Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa admitted to having spied on all of his side's opponents this season after a club employee was removed from Derby's training ground the day ahead of their match.
The EFL had already confirmed both it and the Football Association were investigating the matter, but have now confirmed the involvement of Leeds' rivals in the investigation.
"The EFL has received a communication on behalf of a number of Championship clubs in regard to the current matter involving Leeds United," an EFL spokesman said.
"The request attributed to 11 clubs will be considered as part of the current investigation that has commenced."
Bielsa held an extraordinary 70-minute press briefing on Wednesday, during which he voluntarily admitted to having spied on all of Leeds' opponents.
The Argentine also shared the extremely detailed analysis he had carried out on Derby and suggested sending an employee to watch them train was of significantly less importance.
The incident has been highly divisive within the game, with some arguing Leeds should face a points deduction.
