Mino Raiola's three-month suspension has been extended worldwide by football's governing body FIFA.
The football agent was handed a three-month ban by the Italian FA (FIGC) earlier this week, banning him for the majority of the summer transfer window in Italy, which closes on August 18.
The chairman of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee extended the sanctions globally on Friday and takes immediate effect.
Raiola, who represents players such as Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Matthijs de Ligt, is suspended until August 9 - the day after the Premier League window closes.
Vincenzo Raiola, cousin and business partner of Mino, was suspended for two months, and is also affected by Friday's ruling.
Mino has denied any wrongdoing and will appeal against the three-month ban issued by the Italian FA (FIGC).
It is yet unclear why the two men have been suspended.
