Liverpool plan to pay a number of tributes to the 96 people who died in the Hillsborough disaster ahead of Sunday's home match against Manchester United.
The Premier League encounter will be the club's first game at Anfield since the recent publication of the Hillsborough Independent Panel's report into the 1989 tragedy where Liverpool fans were crushed to death.
The report exonerated Reds fans from blame and exposed the extent to which South Yorkshire Police tried to discredit supporters.
Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard and Manchester United counterpart Nemanja Vidic will release 96 balloons shortly before kick-off in memory of those who died.

Crowd mosaics displaying 'The Truth', 'Justice' and the number 96 will be shown on the Kop, the Lower Centenary Stand and the Anfield Road end respectively.
"It is our first home game and the clubs have been working very hard to commemorate the work which has gone on with all the families," said Reds manager Brendan Rodgers.
Sunday's match also raises the prospect of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, banned for eight matches last season after being found guilty of racially abusing Patrice Evra, facing the United defender again.
However, sources have already indicated there will be no repeat of February's incident at Old Trafford when Uruguay international Suarez refused to shake his opponent's hand.
