Manchester United ace Cristiano Ronaldo has warned Chelsea he will not be intimidated by their strong-arm tactics in this weekend's clash at Stamford Bridge. The Portuguese international made his long-awaited return from injury in midweek as a second-half substitute during United's goalless draw with Villarreal. It was Ronaldo's first action since undergoing ankle surgery, but he is in line to start against Chelsea after impressing off the bench against Villarreal. The 23-year-old expects to be singled out for special attention by Chelsea, but last season's top scorer says he can cope with anything his opponents throw at him. "I know that the attempts to intimidate me on the pitch will start again immediately - but everyone finds sooner or later that it is difficult to make me lose my rag," Ronaldo told The Sun.

Tough

"I'll be booted again but I will not kick out when it happens. I'm tough and, again, it's all just part of the spectacle. "I'll do my damage as usual by paying them all back with my goals." United go into Sunday's showdown in West London six points behind Chelsea after winning just one of their opening five games, but Ronaldo is not concerned about his side's indifferent start to the campaign. "There's no problem at all with our form," added Ronaldo. "Last year we started like this and look how we ended up."
