De Boer keen on Arsenal move
The Dutch international has been unsettled at the Camp Nou and has also been linked with a move to fellow Premiership side Newcastle.
A move to Highbury seems to interest the 31-year-old, whose brother Ronald currently plays in Britain with Scottish giants Rangers.
De Boer is an admirer of Gunners boss Arsene Wenger and he feels the side are full of world-class players, despite their exit from the second group phase of the Champions League.
The former Ajax defender feels The Magpies would not be a side that would suit him, despite the pedigree of Newcastle manager Bobby Robson.
Wenger failed in 1998 to snap up de Boer, when he left the Amsterdam giants to join The Catalans.
However, The Gunners may have a problem this time in signing the veteran, if he insists joining the north London club on a long-term deal at this late stage in his career.
